  : The staff were excellent. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was okay. The shower was nice but no plug in the sink, so water was wasted!A good selection at breakfast, although I thought a little expensive.The Hotel was in a perfect position for us, close to the bus and tram lines. With only a short walk to the Comercial centre.

  : The location was great, we always found free parking outside on the street. For us the stay was very cheap (55 eur/night). Bed was big and comfortable. The room had a little fridge. There was also free coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

  : Room was spacious. Bed was OK. Bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower and good hot water. View of the Sierra Nevada mountains was great. The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate near reception was appreciated. Although hotel is a few kilometres from the centre, the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. Bus 33 takes you into the centre in 20 mins. We bought a bono bus card on the first bus we caught. Cost of 2 euro for the card and we topped it up with 5 euro. It’s 44 cents per trip. There were many restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby

  : Not clean and bad customer service Hello dear or Madame,I just wanted to let you know that my experience with this hotel was horrible. I checked in around 7 pm yesterday June the 5th. The lady at the front desk was really nice but she doesn’t speak english . She assigned the room 125 for us. As soon as we entered, it was a bad urine smell at the room that we couldn’t stay even a minute. We noticed the front desck, the lady apologized and gave us room 320 which was nice. In the morning when we went to the front desck for checking out. There was no one at the reception. While we were waiting, I went to get a juice from the machine which they told me a free station juice 24h at the check in. A lady appears which she supposed to be at the front desck and the said in a rude way that the juice is payble for 1$. I think the behavior of this employee was inappropriate. I paid 76$ per night which much more for this type of service.I will never stay again

  : The only think I liked was the fact that it is near to the bus station.
  : It was one of the worst nights sleep I have had in any hotel and I have stayed in many. Thanks to the constant banging of doors and inconsiderate other guests. I finally got to sleep around 3am then was woken by doors banging around 6am. Please get soft closing doors. I won't stay here again, I'd rather walk the 20 minutes from Pulianas and stay there, it was a much better experience and my stay was cheaper even though I upgraded to a premium room there.
