  : Staffs willingness to help, excellent wine selection at a good price. Clean and basic rooms.
  : Not the level of comfort and service expected at the price level. Bad view from room, only partially curtained and shutters retracted when room lights turned off. Telephone did not work neither did thermostat from room control. Poor provision of hot drinks and biscuits, expected better for 3 stars. Sticky room floors, low water pressure for showers. No printed information in room. Limited menu in restaurant, same every day. Breakfast too expensive for buffet. We like the staff but regret will not recommend to friends at this price level.

  : Good sized room, secure bike storage facility available, good terrace area, honesty bar service was good. Most of the staff were very kind and nice.
  : We hired road bikes for the duration of our stay but was told the secure bike storage spaces were full and as we did not notify the hotel before our arrival that we would have bikes with us, it is our fault. As bike storage was listed as a service on the hotels website and it was not stated on the hotel website or on the hotels page on booking.com that we had to make such request prior to arrival, I argued that it is not the guests fault for not knowing that this is a requirement. If it was a requirement, I suggested that the hotel couldve either made it clear on their listing and / or messaged guests beforehand to check. The reply I received from the receptionist was that this is a suggestion I have to make to booking.com and it is not the hotels responsibility. It all caused for unnecessarily unpleasant and time wasting experience and I maintain that guests cannot be expected to know of a requirement they are not notified of. Having said all this, the staff were quick to find a solution within the day and found us alternative bike storage space. The manager also apologised for this encounter and generally the staff have been very kind and nice. The fridge in our room was leaking when we arrived but this was also quickly rectified. It is a 20-30 min walk to Girona old town. There is a bus service but it can be infrequent.

  : The property has been recently renovated. Its nicely decorated.We had the chance to store our bikes in a separate garage. The location is great to start bike tours.The staff is incredibly friendly and super super helpfulThe little spa and sauna area is perfect for after a long bike ride The rooms are quite and spacious
