  : We booked an accommodation with 2 rooms. The guy from the reception had sent us to a small 1 room apartment. I went back offcourse with the proof of my booking and requested another accommodation with 2 rooms. he said "the only possibility is to give you an accommodation with two floors" (no sorry or whatever, more the impression that it ennoyed him). But in my email communication they already confirmed that all 2 rooms accommodations are little houses with two floors. I didn't understand his blabla and I had the feeling he did it on purpose... The noise from the neighbor's was really not ok. We could here everything and we had not the chance to have neighbor's that didn't make many noise (it was a big family with several kids and made much noise, evening and night)!! It was very enjoying (not the fault of our neighbors). There were many ants in the kitchen.Very bad smell in the bathroom from sewer.The pool area isn't cosy and the water is very cold (also the one for the little kids)The food at the bar from the pool isn't good at all. We didn't expect high quality but it was on a scale from 1-10 for us like max 4. (We didn't took the all in formula so we can't judge the food from the buffet)We found the mini disco animation for kids at 20h a bit late (we have toddler < 2y), but we liked that short moment of 30min. This is not the hotel's fault, but there were many many many mosquitoes. We count the bites on the first day and had already more than 15 bites. At the end of the week you could imagine how many we had. The biggest problem was at the playground. So after a few days we tried to avoid the place.

  : Very polite and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a big balcony, a small kitchen and a good bathroom. The hotel is very unique as it's full of trees all around, so it has a very natural feeling. The beach is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel through a beautiful path. The Son Parc beach is really beautiful with turquoise water.Ping pong tables in the middle of the trees.Decent sized swimming pool also in the middle of trees.Mini golf course with 18 courses, again merged in the natural environment with trees all around.
  : The vegetarian options in the restaurant for dinner are very very limited. Although at our request some vegetarian option (usually grilled vegetables) were prepared just for us and served to us on the table. The kitchen did not have any cleaning products, so we had to buy them as we cooked.
