  : everything other than the food we didnt eat there once and enjoy it but everything else was amaizng! the entertainment could have been better and the pool warmer

  : You could not find fault with the cleanliness and the staff, every single member of staff was helpful and seemed so happy to be there a real credit to the management team there. The slides are great and the pools.
  : The location is a little out of the way but they do provide a bus into Puerto banus 3 times a day. I'm sure there are local buses as well. The food was very samey and not great if you don't eat meat. Every dish needs to be labelled as sometimes they were not and if you have any food intolerances you would not be able at a glance to know what to eat. I paid for a superior deluxe double with a balcony for myself and 2 teenage boys and its small. They put an extra bed in but its not ideal. The beach is not a great beach, very large pebbles and although a few people braved it everyday its not a beach to go with children.

  : this hotel was much bigger and better than we expected! there are around 6/7 pools that all have different things to offer. the waterpark is great, slides for all ages. my boys (6&9) have had the best week. plenty of food options for all. All the staff are just so lovely and work so hard. the free bus into puerto banus takes about 15 mins and is a great extra for a day out, we got a taxi back as we had a beach day there and the taxi back was about 15 on Uber app. i recommend taking water shoes or non slip socks for waterpark as a few times I nearly fell over as its quite slippery let alone for little ones. we loved that you can help yourself to most drinks, kids loved all the soft drinks and San Miguel on tap is great for the adults. the hotel cocktails are lovely, highly recommend the vodka sun and blue lagoon! i read a lot of mixed reviews on this hotel and cancelled it a few months ago before re booking and Im so glad I came in the end! so much to do and Ive never stayed at a hotel that is so clean everywhere! our room got cleaned and fresh towels almost every day, the only days they didnt do it is because I left the sign on the door handle as it didnt need doing. kids club looked really lovely, ours didnt go but I always saw the staff and children doing different activities in different parts of the hotel and always looked like great fun!
  : our room was very small for a family of 4! all of us in one room and our beds were literally touching! luckily we werent in there much but no privacy for the adults unfortunately. the beach wasnt really one you can sunbathe on, we had a few evening walks on there but its much too rocky and the sand is quite dusty. not the hotels fault of course but we enjoyed a beach day at puerto banus anyway so it didnt bother us overall.
