  : The closeness to the Al Kasar and shops/restaurants, it was a nice garden too stay in, didn't have to pay for electricity, I think some apartments change for that
  : The apartment was infested with ants in every room especially around the kitchen area, the beds were so uncomfortable, all of them and no headboard in the single room, the sofa and single chair was not to comfortable either, the power kept tripping everytime we used the oven and if anything else was plugged in too, there was no parasol or cover if you wanted to sit in the garden in the sun not that there was a sun loungers to lie on, the place looks like it was not updated or any work done to it since first bought, the apartment was really only setup for 4 people chairs inside and out, the air-conditioning needed servicing in the main bedroom and sitting room, there was a €75 cleaning charge that wasn't mentioned in the details and we still felt we needed to clean the apartment when we came ( only €50 for bedding and towels)
