: Communicated via WhatsApp in English which i found very easy to use. I had a problem during my stay and every attempt was made to correct it. Cannot ask for more than that! Location ideal for me as 5 minute walk from my friends house.
: Bathroom tiles could do with being replaced. I found that water from the shower leaking into the bathroom easily.

: The location was good, near shops and very close, walking distance, to the beach. The flats were clean and had air conditioning.
: The photos do not reflect the reality. The swimming pool is surrounded by concrete floor, too hard to lay a towel on it and sunbathe, and there is no shade at all, no trees or sunlounges and umbrellas. There is a small grass area (the one they show on the photos), but it is only good if you have one of the ground floor apartments there. A lot of the apartments were first floor or facing onto the concrete around the pool. It would be nice if they also provided an umbrella to use in the terrace. The sun this summer was very strong, so it was nearly impossible to use the terrace during the day. Unless you have a ground floor flat, in order to access the swimming pool, you have to leave the flat from the back (and lock it), surround the building and get to the pool. And at the pool there is nowhere to lay and sunbathe. We were really disappointed when we arrived. This was an expensive flat and the swimming pool area does not live to expectations. We have been going to Denia for several years now and, because of the pool, we would not consider going back to this accommodation, and definitely not at the price we paid.
