  : We very liked pool and music at the dinner. There was always a place for park a car and it's close to main road on Island. Nice place for people who wanting to have all inclusive experiance close to some city. Very good animation prepered by staff.
  : Lot of people, too much during dinner and breakfest. Place is a littel bit to colonial for us and have 90s vibes.

  : the pool area is fine. but super crowded. beach beds next to each other. its hard to move around.
  : i do not feel any hospitality from this hotel. everything costs some extra amount: e. g using Wifi in the room, having the beach bed at a better view, even change a clean beach towel at the pool side will cost money. never encounter this before. No cup no kettle no tea bag no nothing in the room. no sound proof at all. Very old room, bed frame , wall, furniture everywhere wear and tear. Wardrobe cannot close, safe box does not work. No public transportation from the ferry terminal or airport. when we ask the transportation option for the zoo, the staff told us to take taxi but not inform us there is a free shuttle bus. the check in process takes more than one hour. everything question asked from us cannot be answered clearly from the reception staff.

  : the rooms were nice. piano bar was good. the pajara restaurant was good
  : the buffet food was cold. the coffee machines were invariably not working. the spa half the water were not working. the crazy golf was closed and needed a total refurb, the beach area was in a state of disrepair and the water falls were not working leaving the area with no pool. then Eden restaurant was also closed due to the hotel being full. none of the pools were heated apart from the childrens

  : The staff were amazing so friendly shame the restaurant supervisor wasn't the same 14 nights and no acknowledgement we existed maybe needs customer service training not just shouting orders at the already amazing staff
  : Location too isolated and your second week is repeat of first food and entertainment Booked a twin room but got a small double we had a room change on day 3 which was much better

  : The whole hotel is a self contained resort with everything you need. You will have a bracelet so you don't have to carry money with you, the food is very good, first time when I had good food made in bulk, there is a nice swimming pool, as I understand also gym and saunas. If you like running outdoors like I do, you can just go outside and go on the hills nearby.
  : The hotel is all isolated, there is no beach nearby, and at some point with many guest there can be issues with parking but not impossible. To stay there you need a car, and to go to a beach nearby again a car. I have the impression that they made the hotel in such a way so you spend as much time there and of course spend money there. Overall it is ok if you want to have everything inclusive, not go out, not bother too much, but if you like the beauty of Fuerteventura, you like the nature the beaches, then that is not the place to stay.
