  : Beautiful location surrounded by nature and tranquility. There are views all around the house, with hammocks outside facing the orange grove and lush green hills. The house is next to the river, and a stone's throw away from many scenic walking routes and hikes (including the most popular - ruta Canon de las Buitreras - highly recommended). We had breakfast and dinner included for a day, and the food was excellent, using fresh ingredients grown nearby. The (3 course) menu was focused on veg, which was perfect for us as vegetarians, including a homemade dessert. For when the restaurant is closed, there's a fantastic restaurant only 5 mins walk away called Rincon del Cani. All staff and people in the property were lovely, helpful and approachable.
  : Just to note that, because it was off-season, the restaurant was only running on weekends. There are also a lot of dogs around the area, so you hear a lot of barking.

  : The location and rustic nature of the casa rural. Once upon a time it would have been a beautiful place. Now it is a bit forlorn for want of energy and passion to care for it and the guests. It felt a bit vacant and lost.Once it was a place of spiritual retreat based on its character and furnishings. It would be great if someone could bring that aspect back to the place.We enjoyed our swims in the river and took the kayak up and down a few times.
  : The check-in was somewhat lacking in a cheery and friendly welcome. The house manager could have shown some more more warmth and personal attention and attending to us in a personal direct way. Too much time was spent checking details on her phone and bit enough explaining the house details.We did have access to the kitchen but could not cook and prepare meals. We were allowed to store our food in the fridge.

  : Lucas, the massage therapist was extremely helpful and gave my wife a superb massage. Great hiking close by.
  : Room uncomfortable and tired. Lack of privacy (our private patio was used by other guests). Room rate very poor value.
