  : The size of the rooms
  : Not accessible - had to leave prams in entrance that was open to the public in the day - not secure. Upon checking out, the door to access this entrance was locked so I had to climb over the staircase to remove both my pram and car seat in order to leave the hotel. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room and it was blowing the smell of cigarettes through continually for my 3 day stay (I dont know where the fan unit for this was placed but it was obviously in the wrong location). I did raise this at 1 am on my first night as it was so strong that I couldnt sleep and I had my baby with me but it was not addressed by management. Finally, I had requested a cot for my stay and was provided with a next to me crib only suitable for babies from birth to six months and not appropriate or safe for my 18month old. Had a dispute on check in regarding this and the charge for it with what I can only assume was the manager - not a pleasant start to the trip. I didnt have time to rectify my problems or chase with management as I was in Alaro for my sisters wedding.

  : The location was wonderful right on the main square. My kids loved the pool to cool off as well.

  : Well the truth is we didn't stay at the Can Xim they could not accommodate us so our rating is for a hotel close by.Kika the lady from the Can Xim was great she waited for us,took us to the New hotel and made sure we were fine..so very pleased with that service .We stayed at the can Bien suites

  : lovely hotel situated on the square. Beautiful house and garden with pool. Sadly the restaurant was closed but looked stunning. Such a shame. The owner was so helpful and recommended places to eat etc. We ate up the road and had a lovely pizza meal with delicious wine. We only stayed one night to be near the airport and there was a singer and dancing in the square which was utterly charming if a little noisy as our room was at the front. But it did not matter and stopped at 12.
  : A shame the restaurant was closed.

  : This is perfectly acceptable hotel with large (basic) rooms and a lovely pool area.
  : We had difficulties with our check in. The lady (who was lovely) did not speak a word of English and as we didn't speak more than very basic Spanish - however, because of this, we did not know that we had breakfast included and that it was finished at 10am. So when we casually sauntered downstairs at 9.55 we were told in a torrent of Spanish that we were too late (we assume this is what she was saying) but we were able to get some coffee and a banana so all was not lost.
