: The location - convenient;The host - very responsive;The apartment - clean and spacious.
: The shower could have been built better with a shelf or basket for toiletries; the master bedroom is a bit noisy since it faces the street, but it probably would only bother a light sleeper like me.

: It is a beautiful cosy apartment, located in the centre of Barcelona in a gorgeous 100 year old building. It's spacious, has a lot of small lovely details: vases, artworks, lamps etc. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There's a small separate room for smoking. Both balconies are really nice. The metro station is within 100 meters away, and there's several parkings nearby. The lady, who checked us in, Vera, was very sweet and helpful, and has even marked for us on the map everything we asked about: supermarkets, bars, wine shops etc.The concierge lady is really lovely too!

Traveller Type:
: the location was quite central and accessible to the train. accessible for folks with physical access restrictions. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Vera (staff) was on time, flexible with check-in, nice and helpful!
: the management did not let us know about a 300 euro security deposit (pre-authorization) ahead of time - keep that in mind when you book. it smelled of sewage, we could not sleep one of the two nights we stayed there and during the day, there was construction happening - so it was quite noisy and uncomfortable at times.
