  : The host was very nice, he let us to check it earlier, and since we were very tired from red-eye flight we were very happy. He also kindly gave us a several recommendations about nice restaurants and places to visit. As a compliment we were offered a bottle of nice sparkling wine which was very sweet. The apartment was rather clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all needed supplies, everything was working, but unfortunately there was no salt or oil for cooking (you could put some, it's not that expensive). TV set and air conditioner were working good. We were given a set of towels + there were some extra towels and blankets in the closet, I liked it. Definitely recommend!
  : Bathroom and shower are very small, if you are a big person, you may not fit in. As it's common for southern countries, when it's cold outside, it's cold inside as well. So if you are coming in +18C or less - bring warm slippers and socks with you.

  : The instructions on getting to the property from the central station where the airport bus goes to could have been clearer. We were not train savvy and did not speak Spanish so wasted an hour trying to work out which train to get on.Also it would have been helpful to be told there was a lift to reduce the walking time to the property when we got off ar L3.

  : The property was very spacious and close to the metro. Also, the staff was lovely.
  : Very small things: The bathroom had zero shelving and there was no full length mirror.

  : Joan met us at the apartment with a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment. A lovely welcome gift of a bottle of wine. The apartment is as described and was very clean. We were even able to enjoy the large outdoor terrace while we were there. A very quiet area yet the nearest metro only 5 minutes walk and we were in the centre in 15 minutes. Nearby cafes for breakfast/lunch and restaurants for dinner.
  : The only thing we didn't like was the bed. The mattress was very hard and we didn't sleep comfortably at all. A kettle would also be handy for boiling water although we were able to do that in a small saucepan. A little side table or shelf in the bedroom would be very handy to put your toiletries etc as there was nowhere to put these in the bathroom. Even though I've listed these things we still enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

  : A nice modern apartment with a large private rooftop terrace. It was very clean and all the appliances were new. Generally very quiet especially at night except for the neighbour who snored very loudly in the adjoining room and kept me awake at night.
  : The apartment is located quite a distance from the centre of the city. There is very little to do in the area and you will need to take the metro to the centre and the beach as its too far to walk. Lots of hills to climb as well. Communication with the host Joan was okay although he was slow to respond to messages.
