  : This was a clean, spacious hotel room in a historic building with lots of character and with air conditioning. We were greeted right on arrival and given great tips about the area. Water, icecream, sodas and snacks were included. It was a wonderful stay. Room cleaned daily. We would highly recommend!
  : The only recommendation I would give is not refer to it as a bed and breakfast so that expectations are met during the booking. It will help other travelers. Breakfast as we think of is not available though you can make a cup of coffee and a snack.

  : The location is perfect, close to the city center. There are plenty of bars and brunch places around of the impartment. 0-24 supermarket at the other side of the road. People in Barcelona are a bit noisy, so the previous comments were valid, however, this is a fact in this city, rather than a problem of the apartment. I would not complain about that. Breakfast: snacks, drinks, coffee, water. Really not you are looking for as a breakfast but more like a nice to have opportunity to eat/drink something quickly. Bottled water available all day, just grab one from the fridge. Super nice gesture!
  : The matrass was comfortable, however the frame legs were shaking/moving, so each and every little turn on the bad made a quite big noise during the night. I would definitely buy a bigger cupboard and a better sofa for seating to the flat.

  : Elevator only stopped at every other floor. Our rooms had no view. Looked out on a wall. There were snacks available, but no breakfast.

  : Would not call cellophane wrapped biscuits and fruit located in the refrigerator up to the standards of a b & b which Ive ever experienced.
  : The numerous (maybe 6-8) threshold riser steps entering our room and within the room were dangerous. My friend fell. Not up to code. We put strips of toilet paper down throughout our quarters to mark the steps.
