: The location is very convenient, not in the center, but within a 20 min walk. Also, the beach is 15 away and that was a big plus. The kitchen has all the stuff you need, and the flat had an air conditioning, plus a ventilator in the main bedroom. The building has an elevator. The bed was comfortable.
: The facilities are a bit old, the sofa not the most comfortable one and you need to pay the 350 euros of deposit which will be given back 2 days after the check-out. When we arrived, the wifi was not working, the water from the shower was cold and the tv was also not available. At least the flat is linked to a big group managing apartments and they resolved all those problems within a day. But again, we had a bit longer stay and if someone would stay for 2-3 nights only, those flaws would destroy the person's experience. My review is between 6 to 7.
