  : Fantastic location, beautiful large apartment
  : The water pressure was extremely low making it impossible to use the bath, and the shower is raised above the rest of the bathroom flooring so the bathroom gets very wet, making it a slip hazard.

  : Great location really spacious modern apartment.
  : We found the property hard to locate as hidden round the corner of P de G and we arrived in the dark .There was no sign telling you it was Sweet Inn.Digital key a joke as to use it you had to have entered the building which had a locked front door. We waited outside not even sure we had the right place.I texted Sweet Inn but got no reply Finally someone was leaving so let us into the building .We then managed to locate the apartment and gain access.Didnt like being charged 200 euro before arrival for any possible damage .Hope this has now been returned to my card ????

  : Sofa and mat of the living room are not in good condition, dirty. Some others small maintenances are necessary in kitchen and bathroom. Decorative glass table unstable, dangerous for the kids.

  : The boiler was out of order, a pipe missing. They send a technician who confirmed that. The hotel offered another apartment with a rating below 5 and which was farther from the booked location. We ended up booking another hotel that was twice more expensive and moving with 2 kids. The funniest part is that afterwards we spent an entire day convincing the hotel to give us full refund. Though the girl we have communicated with on the day of arrival said we'll be contacted on Monday and we'll be given full refund, nobody did contact us. It was us to contact them on Tuesday. The guy from customer support claimed that the boiler was simply not plugged into the socket and that nobody said we'll be refunded. After many mesaages, refund was granted on Wednesday. No compensation for the discomfort and double expenses resulting from it.

  : The air conditioning did not work, nor did the jets in the tub. We had a unbearable hot night - not happy about that
