: Good location, walking distance to both center and beach, also metro station. Good selection supermarket just next door. Wifi was good and the flat did look nice. Welcome staff was friendly and introduced the flat well.
: Flat looked nice but few things (a sofa table and window shade/cover) broke down just like that. Also dish washer had loose upper shelf, when pulled it out it came all the way to the floor... Good thing it was empty then. We figured there were few parts missing... We did not receive any reaction when reported of broken things. Uploaded Sweet Inn app and used that, but it was silent. These were just small things, did not bother us much. BUT we were asked to give best review of everything, as that would effect directly to staff's salary... Best points = extra bonus, under good = less salary. Not only review the staff, but everything including things where staff can not influence at all like location etc...

: Collecting the keys was terrible. I wasn't emailed until the last minute with check in instructions. Also, there were extra charges that I now have to dispute with Booking.com. What a terrible experience. Also the coffee maker is garbage and did not work. We didn't have garbage bags. No explanation on how to recycle anything. First world problem? Yes, but when we pay $200 / night, these things should be taken care of.
