No plug for washhand basin7Not advised bar and eating facilities closed on a Monday. Single bed mattress hadn't been turned in ages and sloped one way, so you ended up on the floor. Room safe locked on arrival. Front office ( Jeffrey) very sarcastic on arrival, as if we were kids⁷

  : Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Minifridge and minibar.
  : Temperature could not be set bellow 23-24ºC, which meant it could get too hot sometimes without the A/C constantly working.

  : The first room we got was terrible. There is no air inside, there is a musty and moldy smell from the bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work and was very noisy. It was impossible to sleep because it was stuffy and the street noise could be heard from the open window all night long. From the bathroom you could hear every neighbor's flushing of water and other sounds of water coming from the sewage system. bathroom very damaged and dirty. I could hear something "flying" inside the dryer. almost clogged drain in the sink, dirty under the bathtub. there were stains from fungus on the ceiling. The roof terrace is a misunderstanding, the swimming pool is a meter-high paddling pool and the jacuzzi can fit only one person (dirty inside-something brown). the jets almost didn't work at all, there was dirt and pigeon poop everywhere. dirty sun loungers on the roof. after reporting a problem with the room, we were informed that the air conditioning was being maintenance (it's a pity they didn't write it on booking.com) and they changed our room. the second room was a little better, but the air conditioning also did not work (room no. 42). it was cooler inside only because it had been raining almost all day in Barcelona and it was colder outside. Breakfast was quite ok, although scrambled eggs and sausages were cold.

  : The location of the hotel is actually great for the purpose of my travel, which was holiday/tourism. The front desk was always available if needed. The rooftop pool was also a nice addition.
  : The room cleaning was very basic, and the furnishings were very old, scratched up, and even had some water damage in the bathroom. I stayed in this hotel for around 2 weeks, and the bed sheets were changed only once, and it was only because I specifically requested it from the front desk. The hallway carpets had a bad smell.

  : Room squite small and the bathroom very small.The reception was closed, so to access the hotel, we had to use teh reception in a different hotel and then use an underground passage to get through to th ehotel where my room was.
