  : Ordered lunch at the pool with friends when we arrived, It took 45-minutes for the drinks to arrive and 1-hour for the lunch to arrive, expensive and of very poor quality/size. Management apologised. If it was busy you could maybe excuse them, but, we were the only guests ordering lunch that day! Staff didn't have a clue. Cockroaches in the Rooms. our room and our friends, so not a one off, even though the management claimed their surprise of this. No hot water in our friends room in one side of the hotel.Room not cleaned on one of the days, even when we told them, they did nothing.Building works in the room above/outside our room from 7am one morning, I called reception and was informed that 'it is just maintenance works'. nothing was done to stop the endless banging.Final insult after all the complaints, the management were hiding on check-out and the receptionists offered a Eur14.00 discount, so very poor on a bill in excess of Euro1,400.The Communication between staff and management couldn't really get any worse, no-one has a clue what's going on. I can't blame the staff, most were very nice but if they are poorly trained what do you expect.

  : I stayed in this hotel in 2019 and the hotel location stunned me. And until today the only thing that was good is the LOCATION and the Staff.
  : This is an outdated hotel that requires serious maintenance and overall restoration. The rooms are smelly, Cockroaches are everywhere, the furniture is stained, doors don’t open with the card (we had to call maintenance three time to open my kids room). The elevators are outdated and full of scratches and bumps. I feel sorry for the people working there as they share the same concerns and comments i am writing. save your money and stay AWAY from this hotel. I believe they have a great Asset that they do not know how to maintain and develop. Even the swimming pool my kids couldn’t swim in it because it was dirty and not cleaned very well. The SPA is not being operated by anyone. My wife waited for more than 20 minutes without any one come to the front desk and assists her (the SPA is operated by L’OCCITANE En PROVENCE) which is a leading brand name in this sector, but still hotel quality overshadowed it and gave tit he same spirit of neglecting. For 5 Star Hotel in Barcelona this is not the one to go to. I would rate it less than stars for the value of money and services.

  : The location to the Olympic park ,we were attending a concert and able to walk there and back .Great breakfast Very helpful staff
  : The pool area is beautiful but very few sun beds for guests,APART from cabana style beds to be hired at an extortionate price of 100-200 € a day!! I think as a paying guest this was ridiculous. We were one of about 6 people that complained that day .We gave up on the pool, as cheaper to get a cable car down to harbour and hire a beach bed and umbrella !
