  : The room was clean and comfortable room, the staff was helpful, the breakfast on offer was good and the hotel is placed in an excellent location.
  : The bathroom sink drain stopper was closed when I arrived.

  : The only good thing about this hotel, is the location.
  : Everything was terrible. We first had a room where the bathroom was full of mold and the water was leaking in the toilet and in the sink. We asked for another room, which was a bit bigger but there was even more mold in that one. There was water leaking from the ceiling every time the people in the room above is took a shower. The room smelled like mold and we had to keep our windows open to be able to breath. The walls were also super thin so we could hear everything that was happening in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. The beds were extremely hard, the floor was softer. The towels in the bathroom smelled like they have never been washed before. It was also clear why they include the breakfast in the price, it was terrible, you had almost no options and nothing was fresh. We paid more then 900 EUR for 5 nights, which was a complete waste of money. We stayed in hostels that were better, cleaner and were the breakfast was fresh.

  : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel California. The hotel is situated in a great location close to Las Ramblas and Placa Reial Square.All the staff at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. Antoine especially was great. We'll definitely stay at the hotel again and will recommend it to others.
