  : The staff were lovely
  : We were given a room next to the refurbishment area so we asked for a different room, they moved us to a different area of the hotel. Then on day two there was no electricity in our room and most of the guests were relocated to a different hotel. No one had been told there was a problem we all found out by asking the staff. The staff were extremely upset but helping everyone move by transferring us to a new location. The new location was small and very noisy not to the standard of the room we were in, disappointing to be in on our last night.

  : We didn’t get our room in time. On the reception they told us very impolitely that it was still not cleaned, although it was 3 p.m. already and our family with 2 children had towait.

  : I live in Barcelona and decided to spend a day at the hotel to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary with my wife and dine at the hotel's renowned restaurant.When I made my reservation, I also requested a table at the restaurant. Upon arriving at the hotel, after asking several times and speaking to three different people, I was informed that my reservation had not been made and the restaurant was fully booked.The hotel's pools are extremely cold, the beach service is nonexistent, there are no activities for children, and everything else is mediocre.

  : The property had an electricity issue and we were evacuated to another area and not same standard hotel . My card was not refund? I am asking for the whole amount of stay+ 450 euro upon arrival.And when i asked for breakdown statement they told me its through booking only My 13 year old daughter had to shower in the dark as they only told us 4 hours after this issue occurred and when i asked they said its under control .They didn’t inform the other hotel they moved us to that we are 3 people so there was no room for extra bed so my daughter to sleep in the couch. It was so tiering and exhausting having 2 kids to be transferred.My request is to refund whole stay + 450 euro , Also,i request someone to contact me from booking as soon as possible .
