  : Key lockbox easily accessible and the pool area is decent
  : Was greeted by the host who requested us to withdraw 500 in cash as a deposit which was very strange to us. The Aircon leaked during our stay completely wetting the floor of the first floor and some belongings. The low beams on upper floor is a huge hazard as we banged our heads multiple times. The place has loads of infects & taxis are impossible to call from this location. Also we were essentially booted out on check out day at 10am instead of the agreed 11am. Overall pretty bad experience.

  : - Quick response time of the owners - Size of the rooms - Pool outside - Complete kitchen - For me comfortable matras - Air conditioning - Free wifi - Willingness to help me out
  : - Shower was cold after 2 minutes.. Boiler way too small for the amount of persones - Bathrooms were a mess.... badly closing doors, curtains dirty and hanging loose - They pictures on Booking were absolutely not representative - The walls with neighboring houses are like a sheet of paper. You can hear everything your neighbor says (and other way around) - The house is too small for the amount of beds. - in my opinion, not value for money
