  : I liked that the host reacted quite fast to solve some problems ( after sms or phone calls): electricity, rubbish bags, toilet paper, early check-in. The flat is in a nice place, the view from the windows/balcony is beautiful, a big shopping centre is very close to the house, the metro station is close too, the house is not far from the centre. The linen in the flat was clean, there were dishes, cutlery, salt and olive oil etc. in the kitchen. There was easy check-in and check-out. Fast wifi.
  : I didn't like that the host didn't answer my letters through booking. There was not clean enough: dirty doors, switches, remote control ( I cleaned it myself), very old and dirty sofa in the living room. The remote control didn't work. In the kitchen there was no bottle opener, no sugar and teaspoons. The button of the toilet was broken, there was only 1 bag for rubbish. We had to ask for more and wait. Also we asked for adiitional toilet paper. The electricity got broken one day. There was a costruction site under the windows, it disturbed a little.. For the money we paid it could be better.

  : most of the furniture in the flat is broken. no basic things like toilet paper, shower gel. etc. The floor is sticky.
