Traveller Type:
: Probably only location. The size of the apartment was nice but the disapoitment from what we saw on the pictures and was in reality was big.
: Apartment was really different we expected, the floor was not reallt cosy. All in all the apartmenr was very old and really not looking so good. The bathrooms were far away from the luxury description.

: Apartment (Minerva) was worn out, do not expect luxury.I wish I rather chose a hotel of same price range. Some building work was going on in the below apartment during our stay which we were not aware of beforehand. We could not sleep past 9 or stay in due to the loud drilling noise resonating through the whole apartment. Everyone probably agrees, it's not really what you want during your "stay in luxury apartment in Barcelona". We asked for partial discount for these days because we didn't feel it was worth 1129 euros for 4 days in October when we couldn't sleep or relax during the hours the drilling went on (full working days worth).I wrote a rather polite email for the property - asking for a possibility to negotiate about the situation and the partial discount. 1.5 week later the agents & owner let me know that unfortunately building work is allowed during these hours and so they felt any sort of compensation wasn't necessary in this situation. Right. I hope they stayed in that apartment themselves listening to the drilling noises for hours, paying nearly 300 euros a day and then happily told me it was worth every penny. This property might want to re-consider using the term "luxury" so they can avoid snobs like us staying with them again. :) We were left very disappointed and exhausted after the holiday (Barcelona is a lovely place though) hence why I felt a strong urge to write this review.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: The location was great and the balcony
: Hi I am not sure if our point of contact did not receive my message but we r very disappointed that the dryer was not working and there was no where to hang out clothes. I really wish they had at least responded to our messages. Also, we asked about the safe and how to use it and we did not get any directions. The floor is a bit loud as it has pieces that are loose and can be very loud.
