Apartment Barcelona Rentals - Pool Terrace in City Center

  : The location was good, we were aware of the this because we knew the address from the start. There were shops very close by to pick up necessities and we were able to hail Taxis close to the apartment. The rooms were spacious and having two bathrooms was ideal. The rooftop pool was nice but small so you couldn't have more than one group up there at one time without invading each others space. We were only ever up there alone so didn't have any issues.
  : We had to collect keys from a 15 minute away location was a pain having to get a Taxis there and back (2 of us went, leaving the other 15 guests near the apartment) - someone meeting us at the apartment would have been more ideal. The rooms were not equipped to a high standard, my group of 6 people were in apartment number 4 and there was 1 tea cup, 2 wine glasses, 2 prosecco glasses and 1 small glass. We were asked to wash up when we left but there was no wipes/clothes or tea towels to do so, so we had to buy our own. There was only one single duvet per double bed in the small rooms so one person in each had to sleep with a sheet only. One of the showers only ran really hot water no cold. There is a 300 euro per apartment damage deposit (we had 3 apartments) and we were told we would lose this all if we made too much noise - we were respectable of course because the apartment is within the residential city but were frightened from being a little loud so not to lose 900 euros.

  : Swimming pool was not available during our entire stay and we were not compensated even after several contacts, for this there was a total lack of worrying about it, like it was not their responsibility.If you are a group be careful with noise, other groups and your deposit.

  : Nothing. It was completely different from what was advertised. Pure scam.Very dilapidated, dangerous, nothing worked, no pool just a hot tub. No reception to ask anything. All furniture old, broken, ripped. Stairs held together with tape, banister rails missing. My bedroom had a bath and toilet with glass door right beside my bed !!! An absolute kip

  : I strongly do not recommend to rent from this company. I left the property almost 4 weeks ago and still didn't get my 400 euros deposit money back!!!! Phoned them several times , they just keeps me promising .

  : The only thing that is good about the property was the presence of air conditioning and the close location to city centre.
  : There were lots:1) The place was not clean at all, there were multiple cockroaches spotted during our stay2) The office did not provide enough duvets for us during our stay even though we requested3) During our last 2 days of stay, there weren't any hot water for shower4) Staff response was inadequate, lack of communication when we were requesting information5) There wasnt any duvet covers for us to use

  : Central location, cold salt water pool on roof.Easy access into building. Friendly and helpful staff as the app would not work for me, had to go to the office which was a distance away.
  : Our apartment was ground floor, so it was noisy when people were coming and going into early hours of the night.Pool had a couple of cigarette butts floating in it.

  : Kitchen appliances is not working: cooker, microwave, toilet push button broken, Place does not look like pictures. Pool terrace was not open to enter, works was going on, was not allowed to use it. Bad communication with facilities management. Never received REFUND from the stay even when we left apartment cleaner than we found. I would definitely recommend to avoid this property and do not stay here. I realized how many people been scammed with Refunds from different countries. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
