: - Great location, close to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. - Apartment was clean. Living room is nice and spacious.
: - The keys are to be picked up 15 mins away from apartment, very inconvenient when traveling with kids and baggage. Amount of cab ride should be noted or credited to total stay. - Photos are VERY deceiving! The pool area is in a state of disrepair and looked NOTHING like the pics. My kids went once for 15 mins and wanted to leave as they didn't feel safe. No cushions on chairs or pretty plants like in the photos. Same with the top deck area which looked very sad. - There was only dish soap available. NO hand soap (during a pandemic!), NO paper towels, NO cleaning spray (even though they ask you to clean), NO laundry detergent and ONE roll of toilet paper for 6 people. - Overall nota great value

: Location in Gracia lovely. Plenty of good local eateries, bars. Near to metro.

: the location of the property
: Firstly the room below the shower, the ceiling was leaking, and made the room below unusuable as the bed and floor were completely soaked (this being one of two private rooms in the property). The shower door was broken and was quite dangerous, also one of my friends was walking out to see the pool and the slab on the ground broke and he rolled his ankle in the process, also the air conditioning upstairs wasnt working (we tried the suggestions of the agency on repairing it to no avail). All the sheets had stains on them and we were advised that they would all be changed for us but this didnt happen. Also, it was advertised as 2 double beds but theres only one, which was a major inconvenience as two of the boys are above 64 and struggled with the small beds. These were the more major issues but there were also smaller issues like the condition of the cutlery and the pool. We contacted the agency further into our stay in which they ignored our messages. Afterwards, we went to see them, they advised us of what the booking should look like e.g 2 toilets and the amount of beds, in which we showed them the booking details that we saw on booking.com and noticed there was differences between the two.

: The property management hasn't returned the 400 deposit yet. This despite of being reassured and the many messages exchanged.

: The apartment is in a good location, 3 minutes walk to the subway, 1 minute away from the grosery store Condis. The apartment is spacious, on three floors, living room with kitchen and bedrooms are big enough. The wardrobes in the bedroom are really big.Good thing is that the apartment has a lot of glass surfaces/windows, and at the same time you can darken everything well in the evening. The best part of the apartment is the large private roof terrace.
: The apartment has quite a few worn and dilapidated parts: a broken stool, non-working window latches, non-working night lights, a hole in the wall...In the spacious kitchen, there is only one cooking pot and a small pan, which is far too little. The bathroom is really small, two adults can not be in it at the same time. The bathroom also has visible signs of wear and tear, the shower always runs on the floor.
