  : The location is excellent, close to buses and metro. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc.. right next door. Plus extremely quiet absolutely no noise.15 minute walk to the famous Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The apartment was very clean. It has plenty of light, comfortable kitchen and bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the LR, so technically a family of four can stay there, you cannot beat the value.The check-in process was smooth and I was able to leave my luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned. The staff was very accessible and friendly.
  : You need to take adapters to plug in your electronics, but this is fairly standard. Little suggestions: a full length mirror is needed and maybe a small trash can in the bathroom.

  : When we had problems of getting the code for the door, the customer service was helpful. It's a bit complicated.
  : The door to the balcony can't be locked. Didn't feel 100% safe.

  : (i)great location, in between 3 metro lines, (ii) lots of good grocery stores, (iii) friendly and responsive staff (iv) baby cot and high chair available
  : (i) A/C did not work as of day 1 and although technicians were sent, they did not fix it - the apartment is on top floor and we stayed in June, so it was very hot and hard to sleep at night; (ii) water in the shower was interchangeably hot and cold, couldnt keep the same temperature for more than a minute (iii) the door to the apartment and to the building opens with an app only, while there is poor reception downstairs, making it tricky for one person to get far from the building for the app to work and then run for the door before its locked again. Plus, sometimes the door just wont open even if the app says it has, so pretty stressful

  : Clean and fair enough! Good location.
  : Lots of bureaucracy and lots of forms to fill in to finally have to install an app to release the door electronically. And the last day, before the check-out time, the door was locked by the host without any warn. Strange! I remember that I've left to go to the bakery and when I came back I could not open the door. If I did not have my family inside the apartment I would be "locked" outside of it. A little bit dark inside the flat, specially in the bathroom.

The e-key was difficult to use at the main front door as the service is very bad and you dont have internet. The hair dryer was with a british type plug tho after i called we were given new.
