  : The location is just perfect, and the terrace is great.The apartment has a huge potential.
  : The apartment is in need of some painting, better cleaning, a few more kitchen utilities (frying pan as an example) and get rid of the bathroom stink.On another note there was some building maintenance schedule and I had to be informed by the worker whom appeared in the terrace suddenly. It happened on my last day but still it would have been nice to be informed by Alcam.

  : For a small apartment, the use of space was very good. There was a fabulous outside space with sun loungers and table and chairs.The location was fantastic for those wanting to be close to everything (including the metro) There were plenty of towels and toiletries.
  : The bathroom was only very small. The shower tray looked as though it had seen better days and didn't drain very well. If you shut the bathroom door, the handle didn't work from the inside, so you were effectively locked in unless there was someone else in the flat to let you out.The couch was not the most comfortable and was very stained. There was also a couple of small things which gave it a bit of an uncared for feel such as the ill fitting lampshades and the clock with no batteries
