  : The "apartment" was tiny; there was literally no room for 2 people The toilet did not work properly We stayed for a week and there was no cleaning service or towel change during the whole stay, we even ran out of garbage bags

  : The room was clean and in a good location.
  : The staff was very unhelpful. On day 1, we needed an early check-in or just a place to keep our bags and we had been trying to get in touch with the host for 2 days before our arrival but they were very unresponsive. Finally the host obliged and we were able to check-in one hour early after waiting outside the venue for more than 2 hours with our bags. On our day of checkout, the lift (which opens directly into the rooms) maintenance work began around 11am - which is also their checkout time - and we were stuck in the room for a good hour because we were on the top floor and carrying mid-sized suitcases down the stairs was next to impossible due. The room as well as the stairs were pretty small. And even though the photos show a balcony, the top floor definitely does not have one.

  : Location is excellent and all it has going for it. We were able to get an early check in.
  : The water pressure in the shower and sink was a pathetic dribble. It took us so long to do anything in the bathroom because the water pressure was so weak. Then, on the first day, the flush stopped working. Because it was a weekend, we contacted the emergency number to get it sorted and they finally responded after several tries by sending a plumber who walked in unannounced while my partner and I were unclothed in the apartment. No knock or warning that he was coming. We did not speak Spanish and had no way of explaining to him the flushing problem or why it was inappropriate to walk in on us unannounced and interrogate us while my partner was naked in bed. He simply left without fixing the flush. We called the host who apologised and promised he would return in 25mins to fix the flush. But no such thing happened. The host refused to respond to our messages after that and we were stuck with an unflushable toilet for the entire duration of our weekend stay in Barcelona. We were forced to use a saucepan from the kitchen to flush the toilet manually. It is amazing to us that the host simply stopped responding to our messages.

  : It was in a good location and it was spotlessly clean.
  : I was on the top floor, I didnt have any balcony or windows I could really see out of.The room was tired and the plaster was peeling off the wall by the window and Kitchen. The bed was incredibly hard. Quite uncomfortable after a long day of walking. The worse thing was the lift opening straight into the bed room. Every time I heard the lift come up I was worried the doors would open and I would have a visitor.
