  : Welcoming receptionist, friendly restaurant staff and set evening menu good value. Generally clean and room size and style okay.
  : Although relatively recently redone, the room was already starting to look a bit tired. WC positioned so close to basin unit, couldn't sit on it properly. Ceiling badly stained in bathroom, obviously leaking from room above. View of an air conditioning unit, with associated humming, not ideal! Worst part of stay was breakfast. Hot food in warmer (not turned on) was stone cold, one coffee machine broken, so queue for hot drinks. Most of the buffet dishes empty, not kept properly replenished, so a very disappointing experience, for something pre-booked and paid for. Our second stay here and sadly not up to the same standard as before. Not a cheap place to stay so a bit disappointing.....

  : Moody and slow receptionist, 15mnt checked in. Rude and also moody waitress at the bar. Slow service too, everything is just slow and moody in this hotel. Cleaning ladies were shouting to each other while cleaning in the morning, felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the busy market.
