  : The hotel was spotless. The staff were friendly. The room was nice. We got upgraded to bigger room. The bed was comfortable. Food was great in the restaurant beside the beach. The location is good. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

  : Very nice facility, staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was incredible. I would have given a perfect rating except for our spa reservations which were overlooked. They tried to rebook them on another day but it didnt work out for us. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation. We didnt want to leave.

  : Breakfast was very good, so was the dinner we had at the Paradiso resturant. The room was OK, nothing spectacular, maybe less impressive than most 5* hotels you've been at, but it had everything you need. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping the room clean and organized at all times. The hotel is located in a great spot on the middle of Platja del Muro and it takes you 1-2 minutes to hit the beach.
  : The outdoor swimming pool was pretty small and the temperature could be considered cold for some.

  : We had a late flight to Mallorca which was then delayed so we didnt arrive at the hotel until late into the evening. However we had a lovely warm welcome upon our arrival and the hotel laid on a complimentary meal and drinks for us as both restaurants had already closed for the evening which was very thoughtful and generous.The food at the hotel was excellent especially the beach view restaurant where we ate every night during our four night stay. We will definitely be back!

  : This hotel is relatively ok. Beastly architecture and aesthetics is compensated by good location, helpful staff, cleanliness and very good breakfasts. But the problem is that this hotel is totally geared towards catering to large German operators and tastes of your German families and older couples who all seem quite happy with it. We joined friends who booked earlier for a short cycling holidays and ended up paying EUR 400 per night while this is EUR 250 place on a good day in the top of the season. So the hotel is an average 4* place but if you book as a couple through Tui, expect organized entertainment and pay perhaps EUR 1,800 flights included for 6-7 days you will enjoy it. We didnt as we expected what you normally get for EUR 400 per night. But this is not the hotels fault, this goes all to booking.com who totally mis-sold this. There are much better places at Mallorca at these price levels. We wont be coming back.
