  : Nice house with garden and lots of room for our group. Location is in a nice local area. Pool and the playing area are a nice extra.
  : Quite a few things were broke or not working upon arrival, we liked the fact that someone came in to replace and fix things, but it would have been better if we didn't had to complain first to get it done. Things hard to miss, like a non closing fridge door. The communication via what's app we didn't like. Too much and weird messages, like a 300.000 EU fine (price mentioned) if we would make to much noise etc. I kept on getting offers for taxi to airport service even when we were already home for a week. Kind of relieved that we got the rent deposit back.

  : The property had everything we needed and more. A wonderfully equipped kitchen and a large living room was a massive bonus. Bus stop into Palma was a minute away. 5 Minutes to the beach. Car parking spot where we easily fit 4 Vespas. Massive outdoor area. Basic pool, but for the price we were happy.
  : Shower height in the ensuite and general ageing of the property. One bedroom is accessed by walking through another one. There is no lock on the door leading to the shower off the kitchen. The windows in the kitchen are awkward to operate.These are all extremely minimal downsides to what was a great stay. The property is basic and nothing fancy, but we loved it. It had its own charm. Recommended!
