Paguera Treff Boutique Hotel

Disappointing

  : Sea view
: Loved it all - shame about the loft blocking sea view

: Great location to the beach, roof top pool has great views. Its small but usually quite there so its nice and relaxing. Staff were all so nice and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was very nice.
: There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was ok. Although you could get the chef to cook eggs, there wasnt a great selection to go with your eggs eg. no beans, or bacon or hash browns. Other than that no faults.

: The location and the staff. To have also breakfast included was great bonus, additionally the chef cooked eggs for the guests which is really nice touch. Rooms and reception area are clean and look stylish. The room itself is small, had fridge, kettle and wardrobe. Pool area is not big but enough for boutique hotel, we had time when we were alone there which is luxury for bigger hotels. It's nice place to stay, but
: Unfortunately we had Air conditioner problems for 3 days straight and couldn't sleep therefore enjoy our stay to the fullest. Staff especially Lenka was really nice and really tried to help our situation. We are grateful for that. But going to change towels because ac as leaking as well as hearing constant drops falling sounds wasnt pleasant at all. We understand that it's not a fault of staff and hotel was fully booked, after three days we have got a new room. But I would really recommend hotel management to change AC in every room asap. They are old, very noisy and very dusty inside.

Wonderful

: The location was great just across from the beach and right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. The roof top pool was so quiet with a lovely view Most of all the staff was amazing. Could not do enough for you everyone of them from reception to the restaurant they were amazing they even made us a breakfast to take withy us as we were leaving in the middle of the night. The lady during the day (whose name I don't have) arranged a wonderful day for us in Palma and booked us a lovely restaurant. She was so helpful and kind Then there was Lenka who was on recepetion in the evening. She looked after us so well booking us nice restaurants and retrieving my daughters 2 dresses which had blown off the balcony. She was so wonderful with us and kind.
: Nothing really I would only say if you need a quieter room ask for one at the side or back of the hotel

: Great location. Great view from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable, linen and towels are clean and fresh. The breakfast was good, my applause for the omelet chef, the taste and presentation were great. 15% discount on the hotel restaurant for hotel guests, dinner in the restaurant was amazing, the paella is the most delicious I have tried. Special thanks to the receptionist Lenka, who was very kind and supportive.
: Unfortunately, our room had an old, very noisy air conditioner. When it rained, water ran from it and a whole puddle formed in the room. The shower door leaked, had to lay a towel to catch the water. It would be great to have a kettle and water in the room. Water was in the fridge only on the first day.

: I liked so many things about this hotel: starting from the central location (right in front of the beach), to the quality of the food, the size of the room and balcony and the kindness and availability of the staff! We had an amazing experience and would definitely go back
: What we liked the least was the variety of the menu. We stayed for a few nights so we managed to try new things without repeating them too much, but if we had stayed one or more days longer we would have struggled with the options. There are just 3/4 options for every category on the menu. Quality is great and the look of dishes too, its just about the variety.

: Noisy. Terrace too small for 4 to sit comfortably.

: Nice big room, very clean and had a daily clean and towel change. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent! Really close to a beautiful big beach.
: Could be noisy at night, with doors slamming and music
