  : Nice garden and pool area.
  : The style and furnishings were oldfashioned, gave the impression of no refurbishments since the 1980's. Slightly chaotic service. The other guests were mostly over 70. We could have lived with these, but the biggest letdown was that the hotel was marketed as having aircon, which was THE reason I booked it but that was false advertising. The room was stuffy and hot when we checked in, but thought that it would cool down by switching on the aircon. Wrong! The room was like a sauna when we came back from sightseeing. The aircon blowing HOT AIR. When I went to complain about this, I was met with a rude lady at the reception, who kept repeating to just "turn off the aircon". The man who came to our room explained they have "ecological aircon and just open the windows". It was late and we just wanted to get to sleep, we had been up since 3 am. We were offered a change of rooms, but the one we were shown had a double bed and as 2 ladies we wanted the twin beds as we had booked, so did not take that offer. Slept with the window open and got bitten by mosquitos. But the worst was yet to come. I woke up at 1 am to notice our room door to the hallway was open. There was a letter on the floor, so probably someone from the staff had been to our room when we slept (naked because of the heat) and left the door open! Absolutely not acceptable!! Not feeling safe to stay there, we collected our things, went to check out and get a refund. Still had to pay for 1 night, no discount or anything. I have traveled around the world and NEVER had to change hotels I have booked and got this level of a disappoinment! Sadly this was supposed to be a trip to celebrate my friends coming 50th birthday so a disaster to start the trip like this!

  : Great space excellent staff, lovely sauna spa space, unfortunate it wasn't always working and not cleaned between visits
  : Sauna didn't work, I told reception and asked to be informed when it did work, on checkout I was told it was working and the receptionist seemed unconcerned that a key facility was not available ; so very poor communication at times Breakfast- long queues for omelette, breakfast understaffed, orange juicer malfunctioning all 3 days and very messy,

  : Beautiful quirky hotel! We really enjoyed our time by the pool, or in the piano bar playing chess when the weather wasnt so great. We went for the half board option and loved having dinner at the beach restaurant whilst Pablo serenaded us with his lovely music. We also took advantage of the babysitting services - thank you Claudia and Fani for entertaining our little one!
  : I hadnt really thought about accessibility (getting around with a stroller) when booking. The hotel has stone staircases down to the pool/beach. We ended up leaving the stroller in the room and using a baby carrier to get around instead, which was ok for our short stay.
