  : a three storey building with a sea view ( the sea is some 5 mins by car, but still).it has an elevator, bur it didnt work.has a tub though pretty tiny. and two parking possibilities. you can park outside (a bit tricky to find) or in the garage in your own house, but if you have a car of a full-size SUV itll be hard to park. but one can get used to it
  : 1) its far from the sea. you wont walk - up the hill to the house, not everybody will make it2) cigarette smoke - when neighbours smoke it will find the way to the house3) thin walls - youll be surprised by the loudness of the noise coming fromthe adjacent house4) parking is a bit of rigmarole5) deposit - its been 5 days now, but I still havent got it. Thats really annoying. 6) no shampoo, no soap, no toilet paper, no mop etc weird
