  : 1. Beautiful location - very green and quiet, with public transport connection, although the last direct bus to Palma departs at 7:40pm which is too early.2. Fairly clean rooms - cleaners were doing a good job, they would replace towels when necessary, fill in shower gel when half empty, and would do our bed.3. Very good selection of food. Turkey and veal were delicious. But salmon and shrimps were disgusting.4. King size comfortable bed5. Spacious room and big terrace with all necessary facilities
  : 1. Very noisy hotel with cheap entertainment throughout the day and night. One night we stayed at the hotel and wanted to go to bed early (around 10:30pm) but the music was unacceptably loud. The hotel was organising a birthday party for a guest and the noise was spreading out to our room. When we made a complaint, a receptionist first sent a security guard to inspect. However, the security guard came to our room, he knocked aggressively on our front door and then in a very rude manner said whats the problem?! He said this was the hotel and the noise was normal. Exactly, this is a hotel and not a nightclub!!! If the hotel organises any events and hosts parties, it must ensure the noise does not spread out to rooms and that the volume is at acceptable levels! The security guard did nothing. Then I called the reception again, the receptionist did not want to do anything assuring us it was all normal. I then said I would call the police and then they lowered down the volume. It caused us frustration and disturbed our sleep.2. Behaviour of some staff was appalling. As just described, the security guard was extremely rude and aggressive. He was supposed to ensure the noise in the hotel was at acceptable levels and NOT TO DISCIPLINE GUEST WHO WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NOISE!!!!!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!!!!3. We booked a room with a garden view, but Our room did not have a garden view, something was blocking the view. We immediately reported this and it took them about 4 days and many back and forth correspondence until they offered us to move to a room with a better view or a compensation. While I greatly appreciate their effort to make the room change eventually, what I find unacceptable is poor communication and that it took them about 4 days to react. It would have been more professional if they had immediately said we are making efforts to change your room and if this doesnt happen in 2-3 days, we will offer you a compensation.4.

  : Room was really good. Spacious and very clean.
  : The only problem is that the pool is in full shade in the morning. Not a problem for us as we are beach lovers but if you just want to lie by the pool you won't get any sun for half the day. However there are sun decks around the hotel, just not by the water.

  : cattle market breakfast, few tables made up to eat at, two many guests smoking right outside the dinner area, espesially when it was raining, not nice for smokers/non smokers alike!

  : The room was a good size with quality comfy beds. Balcony overlooking the beach. All inclusive package was good value for money with excellent food, drinks and friendly service.
  : Despite the weather being exceptionally hot for October both hotel pools and the jacuzzi were shaded 90% of the day rendering them very cold and unusable. Luckily the small nearby beach wasnt in the shade but there is a charge for sun beds. Most holiday venues use background music to create a calm and inviting ambience. Because of the lack of music either on the terraces or bars the hotel is uninviting. Reception not very forthcoming with available information about the area, bus routes or anything else that might enhance visitors experience. The animation team worked hard but entertainment was pretty dire. It would have been lovely to have had some live quality bands/singers at least 3 times a week.
