: The property is beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed the terrace and pool. its really close to the beaches and centre and an overall great place to stay.
: Just a small thing, the toiletpaper ran out towards the end of our stay and we had to buy more ourselves. We thought this might/should have been supplied during the mid week cleaning.

: Beautiful spacious villa, perfect for our family holiday. Lots of outdoor space for the kids and lovely pool. Modern kitchen with all the facilities you would need. Brilliant to have a washing machine too, getting the washing washed and dried saves so much time when getting home! Satellite Tv (once I figured out where the UK channels were) was great for the kids when having a rest. Outdoor cooking area is perfect for bbq, we used this a few times. The location is ideal, there is supermarket right around the corner, 2 minute walk and the recycle and waste bins are also nearby for taking rubbish away daily. The centre of Cala Dor is 5 mins walk and restaurants are within easy reach. There are also 2 inflatable/go kart parks each a 5 minute walk away and a play park with cafe/bar practically on the doorstep. The owners are contactable on WhatsApp and are very helpful if you need anything. The villa was visited by cleaners 3 times during our 2 weeks stay which was great to get new towels etc, even though we were able to wash them whenever necessary. It was still nice to have the floors cleaned etc to save doing it yourself. With a 3 and 5 year old i was sweeping up many times a day! Overall we would definitely recommend this property.
: I cant write a review without mentioning the chickens/cockerels who live nearby they are quite noisy from about 4am-7pm but if you keep the windows/doors closed this wont bother you in the mornings. The kids enjoyed looking at them when out a walk,they seem to be wild and roam around the neighbourhood. The air conditioning only works for a few hours per day and is between about 2-4pm and 6.30-11pm approx,so we did find it very warm and sweaty through the night when sleeping. The sofa in the living room is quite tired and could do with replacing but other than that we can not fault the place we had a great time!
