  : Its got nice pools and good location to the beach. But it is not very accessible to the town. It needs upgrading already following recent upgrade.
  : The cleanliness was not good. The toilets were stinking around the pool and in the main hotel area. Blood on the walls. Even after cleaners where in. Our room was so noisy. We were woke up every morning at 6:30am by the maids packing thier trolleys outside our door and shouting. Not nice staff.

  : Fantastic location, great food and facilities. Amazing beach and staff were incredible. Raquel at reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super helpful, friendly and efficient.

  : The buffet breakfast was very underwhelming and would not recommend. The pools were so busy and all the daybeds were taken by 7am.

  : Staff were delightful. Hotel was on the whole very clean
  : Food in the restaurants was dreadful in the evening.best food was the snack bar.not explained that my favourite club and rooms were situated in a totally different building .there is a van that will drive you there and back .the walk between the two buildings is difficult for someone on a walking stick

  : The rooms were a nice size, the hotel was easy to find and a good location to walk into town.
  : We arrived and everything was great, until we tried to turn our aircon on. We went to reception and told them it wasn't working and they would send someone while we were at dinner. When we got back a few hours later, it hadn't been fixed so we told reception and then someone came to check it. The electrician said it was definitely broken and not working (we had tried to tell this to staff but they didn't believe us), so the electrician told the staff and the reception was so unhelpful, she seemed to think we wanted to be dealing with this to get a room change, which they ended up doing. All they needed to do was change our room and everything would've been great, but instead we were up till 10pm dealing with this. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

  : The hotel is located in Cala Egos, which is in fact a very cute little beach. The staff was in general quite nice and we had a very nice view to the sea and the Cala itself.
  : Our room wasnt very clean when we got it but the days after it was ok. Some parts of the room were rusty and looked bad.With very few exceptions, food was quite bad. Most of the things are really repetitive. If you are expecting a relaxing pool day, just forget it. Music in the pool loud and annoying. People drink and smoke in the pool and the lifeguards dont say anything. They also can invade the pool with floaters and play with rackets. In general, the pool area is very bad attended. It is often a bit dirty and one of the 2 showers has been broken during our whole stay, with the handle laying on the floor all the time. They also dont seem to clean the Balinese beds in the morning and at least during our stay they were always full of dirt. The hotel has animation outdoors during the night so expect noise in your room until 11:30 or midnight. I witnessed not one but twice managers discussing hotel things in front of the guests (including people that they would fire), which I found terribly wrong. I guess they assume nobody speak Spanish or they didnt care. In general, we were quite disappointed and wont be returning to this hotel.
