  : Nothing stands out in terms of boutique etiquette: no particular attention to the customer, which is usually shown with at least the provisioning of simply things such as curtesy water, a wardrobe, flippers, toothbrush. Besides that, our biggest unfortunate event was that we came during the Cruz the Mayo, when the city is stormed with drunk teenagers that party till late hours. The room windows are not soundproofed and we heard these drunk teenagers scream and laugh in the streets below till approximately 4am. Believe me when I say we heard everythingVery basic cafeteria, which is also open to external peopleCompletely overpriced for the quality it has to offer. It was our worst stay during the Andalusia on the road trip we did

  : Unusually refreshing shower.
  : I had booked two rooms at this hotel for me and my brother specifically because of its terrace views of the city, but at not time was I notified by management that it was currently unavailable due to modifications. Also had to wait to park our motorcycles for two hours until staff with access to parking returned from lunch, and were told that we couldn't park our bikes temporarily in the one hotel parking spot because "it had been reserved for another client...?" Unacceptable!

  : Staff varied in their attention. The breakfasts were not of 4 star quality, did not vary at all and were not as hot as they should have been. And there appeared to be a set number of, for example, pastries for the sitting so the later one arrived the less likelihood that you would get what you wanted. There was a flood in my room and I had to insist that someone attend and take the necessary action. No apology nor recompence was offered for this incident. This should not have a 4 star rating. It is terrible value for money and very expensive.

  : I didn't like the hotel, for a 4 star very poor indeed. Nothing was done by the staff to make an improvement. Not even a cash reduction on the very expensive bill. Due to lack of facilities, cleanliness, ripped curtains, paint on walls which it should not be on.
  : The roof top terrace which was a reason for us to book this hotel was closed when we got there, this was not mentioned by the hotel at the time of booking when you consider that it was advertised and was a reason for us to book. The hotel is not dog friendly as the dog is not welcomed into the breakfast room. The outside seating area is surrounded by waste bins and is smelly. These bins over flow by the end of the day. The hotel had run out of 50% of choices of food from the Tapas menu of the snack bar kitchen on Monday lunchtime. At breakfast on two of the three days, there was a shortage of staff, plates, cutlery and food, as I had to complain all the time. Let alone hot food was cold. Also the curtains were ripped in multiple places, seems we were given the dogs room. The circulation areas was dirty as these hanging displays were covered in dirty and dust, there was an area where laundry was stored during the day, sometimes there was a screen used but more often then not it was open to all to see from the circulation area. The staff uniforms were dirty in some cases and this was first thing in the morning. The spa area was poorly lit (a black hole)and a person could have an accident, so I chose not to use the facilities. The shower in the room was from a converted bath with a screen, a very small space to step into the bath and on the curved part of the bath which was very dangerous as a person could slip and have an accident.

  : Don't recommend ordering breakfast because the choice what to eat is rather poor. And not very delicious unlike the food in Spain in general.

  : The location was fine in that we walked to the main square and attractions in Cordoba. Many other places in town offer more charm, better price.
  : The facility was very overpriced for what it offers. The shower and bathroom are not separate from the sleeping area. The breakfast room is in a dungeon room in the basement with no windows, no charm, no airflow. The breakfast had not been replenished when we arrived to eat at 9:00 am and we had to wait and wait while one staff person ran around trying to fill the food, re-set tables, etc. This took a long time. The room needs a coat of paint at least!
