  : We paid for our reservation. It was confirmed and we were refused a room when we arrived. Staff said booking.com could not book us.

  : Great little solo stay, gym and facilities were great.
  : Location was far out, up a hill with big bags is never fun. Also not many people there, so felt quite lonely at times as the building was so big.

  : Everything was clean and tidy. My room and common premises was exactly as shown in pictures.
  : The sliding door in my shower was not working properly as well as shower head should be fixed. But water pressure was good and these were rather minor issues I noticed.

  : Good value, good facility, clean, has good air conditioner. Has a kitchenette, refrigerator. Not far from supermercado..
  : A little far from central city, and 30 minute walk to Casa Viejo. No TV or soap. But towels provided.

  : Decent value for money. Cool amenities at the facility, such as a gym. Bed fairly comfortable. Nice little kitchen.
  : Staff not overly helpful or friendly, especially at check in. No toiletries provided despite being told they were. Shower was absolutely awful. Water just trickled out. Location a bit out of the way, but easy access to metro.

  : Comfortable bed and clean big enough room. Close to the city center, just 2 stops by metro. Supermarket nearby. Quiet at night time. Great for staying a few nights.
  : There is no shampoo or soap in the bathroom.

  : While I waited for Booking.com to find me alternative accommodation, I could charge my phone.
  : Declared my booking as an "overbooking" after I could not produce a student ID. Declared that the hotel is only for students. Accepted others who did not produce a student ID, but claimed that they were students. Overall, it seemed they just arbitrarily accept some people and reject others. This ruined my plans of sightseeing Bilbao. Thankfully, Booking.com managed to find me alternative accommodation, though it obviously took time.
