  : At first I thought I had made a mistake booking this property. We had been staying in 4 star places on the trip thus far and finding ourselves seemingly isolated from the action made me regret not choosing somewhere downtown. But I had a car and this hotel had parking. The walk to the Cable car station, though quite long, gives you some of the best views of the city. If you download the app you could time your trip to catch the once/hour bus. The staff were all very pleasant and we came back twice from the city by taxi and it was only 10 minutes max for 12 Euro. The hotel really grew on me in the short time we stayed there. It is a 2 star hotel, claims to be nothing more and as such, is excellent. The breakfast is very nice and over the road is a restaurant that is very local, there was one waiter who could help us communicate, but the food was good and it was really very pleasant enjoying lunch out in the garden.
  : The location. It is a bit isolated but that has its pluses.

  : Fabulous location overlooking Bilbao with plenty of parking. Just 3 minutes drive from the funicular (free parking) which runs every 15 mins into the heart of Bilbao. Helpful staff and comfy beds. Good lighting!
  : More plugs for charging. Good shower but drained slowly and leaked so we got a very wet bathroom floor.

  : The staff was so kindly, they recommended very good places to go. The breakfast was excellent, very complete.
  : It was very noisy during night, looks like the walls were built with paper, we could heard everything from the room at the sides and we couldn't sleep well during the night.
