  : View was fantastic, couldn't wish for better.Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed.
  : Hill to get to appt was too much. We had to have a taxi each time we went back.

  : The location in terms of where in Benidorm was great, however the property is in a massive tower block up a big hill! In real the apartment looked as good as in the photos. Magnificent view!
  : The bed was full animal hair, short grey hairs imbedded in the sheets, eugrhhh! Entry system was total joke, there was a gate you have to open by getting out of the car, after you pass it you have to wait for it to close, so the barrier in front of you lifts to let you in. The whole process to enter and leave is soooo slow and became very painful, especially with cars in front of you. Agency office at least 10min walk from the property and you have to go to them to collect and give back the keys, lacking customer service too.

  : very cold, one small portable heater wasnt enough. needed one in each bedroom to keep the apartment warm. the fob to enter the property was covered over with tape which was misleading as didnt know where to tap the fob to gain access to building.

  : lack of toilet rolls so we had to buy our own, only small drink glasses, ontop of a GIANT hill!
