  : The apartment is huge, but the second bedroom is a single which was a poor use of room space. As it is in an alleyway the rooms are dark,but would be cool in the hot summer.

  : A large clean 2 storey apartment in a great location several balconies with partial sea views and a terrace with Mountain and roof top views
  : There are 3 apartments this is the top one. The first floor apartment has a dog and it barks andbarks and barks. There is some wear and tear showing In the apartment and could do with some small touchesto improve your holiday. The WiFi did not work As people mentioned in their reviews there are a lot of steps to reach the apartment. no lift

  : We didn't get the keys until 7pm from booking.com office who told us the apartment was not ready.
  : Someone from booking.com should have met us at the apartment to hand over keys. We were a party of three (in the senior age group) who had to master seven flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The night before our return journey we had to put our clothes in plastic bags, carry an empty suitcase down seven flights of stairs and pack our suitcases in the street. Also, advertised as having air condition, which was only in living room and one bedroom. Terrible view from living room looking at brick wall. We have been going to Benidorm every year for the past 20 years and regretted having booked two weeks in your apartment.

  : Appalling agency that you get the keys from who genuinely left us in Benidorm with nowhere to stay! You need to get a code for the key safe if arriving when the office is shut. I chased it up the day before we travelled. & was messaged to say Id get it when I got there & the room was ready, yet they didnt send it and nor did they answer any of my messages, genuinely leaving us stranded with no accommodation. Booking were useless at trying to fix it & I ended up speaking with 3 different agents none of whom actually rectified the problem! The first never even called me back knowing we were stranded with nowhere to stay! Bookings solution was just to cancel our booking & place us elsewhere, in a similar place apparently. Id booked a two bedroomed apartment because I was with my dad, and although they werent to know this, they assumed it was acceptable to put us in a one bedroomed studio! Now even if this had a sofa bed, why on earth they thought that sleeping in a sofa bed in a living room was a good substitute for a bed in a bedroom!! - they did this good deed reassuring that this would be at no extra cost to myself as well! very good of them!Anyway, long story but we did actually stay in this apartment in the end as we were lucky enough to actually meet another couple who were also stuck because they also hadnt been sent the key code either, for a different apartment!!!!! (awful agency like I said!!) and we managed to get hold of someone who actually worked at the apartments so with his & the cleaners help, we got in! - just in time for Booking to cancel it hence why I had to speak to a third Booking.com agent who was single handed my the worst member if any customer support I have ever had to deal with in my entire life! thats another story!

  : 50 steps up to the apartment, then further steps inside to main bedroom we had to leave after 2 days due to mobility issues with steps also fog in 1st floor apartment barks when you go up and down stairs
