  : The apartment has a fabulous view over the beach and town!!!It is in a quiet street (for Benidorm) about 5-10 min walk to the main strip and 30 secs to the beach!!! It was clean and comfortable with a good balcony!!! 2 bathrooms was a bonus!!!
  : The car park was hard to locate its not got any signs its actually through a grey gate next door to a restaurant (not part of the apartments) and the sat nav was taking us the wrong way?! That is the only thing and it was fine once we worked it out!!

  : It was close to the beach and bars and restaurants. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good shops around.
  : Having to pick up the keys at another location at least a 40 minute walk away. We got a taxi. Would have liked to have met a member of staff There were very few towels.. I asked for more towels but could not get any. Had to buy some more towels. There was no hairdryer even though it was meant to be part of the facilities according to booking.com.. Had ro buy a hairdryer and tea towels. There were no sun loungers at the pool so only used it once.. Did not know about the 200 euro damage deposit . Please factor that in when booking this apartment

  : we had 3 weeks booked in this dirty rundown apartment, bare electric wires, dirty bedding it was that bad we cut our losses and came home after 3 days . the owner refused to return any payments ( Reply) we did not have any problems with flights as we drove to Benidorm . You did not offer us anything. Not even an apology.there was bad stains on the bedding .Im afraid it wasnt up to our standards that was the reason for going home . Your reply is a total fabrication. We arrived on the midnight 18th and left on the 22nd. And it was the earliest ferry we could get on . Otherwise we would have gone straight away . We shouldnt have to go buy bleach and cleaning products to clean your apartment. Under the circumstances we had no choice until we could get back on the ferry home.

  : Location was perfect. Value for money great. Kitchen and bathrooms functional but tired, but for what they charge cannot complain! And was spotlessly clean.
  : My only criticism is there aren't any sunloungers or chairs by pool, so not really functional.It isn't a serviced apartment block so nowhere to leave cases if have a late flight. There is a luggage storage company, lockandenjoy.com you can use.
