  : Bed was large and comfortable, room was clean and had lots of natural light and Netflix was available on the TV. It was a novelty having a bathtub in the room, although I didn't use it.
  : Communication lacked warmth and friendliness, and being suddenly charged a deposit came as a shock. After reading other reviews I was nervous using anything in the room in case my deposit wasn't returned, so it was difficult to feel at ease during my stay. Kitchen items supplied are minimal (and a bit random).

  : The location was great. The hot tub was good and the main reason we booked this place.
  : Check-in- horrible. Had to wait almost an hour because it is a self-check-in system that wouldn't take our payment. The staff was there but apparently can't take payments. Spent all that time on the phone waiting for them to fix it. Entered the room, and smells lightly of cigarettes. I asked the person working there to verify it since this property requires a deposit with large penalties. I then called them to let them know so I wouldn't be charged. The sofa bed's arms just fell over and were broken. The outside had not been swept. An odd thing about the property is the cameras outside so there isn't really any privacy. On top of that, people on the top can see directly into your space with the hot tub. As you will see it has had thousands of reviews and looks like it. The owner of the property (which is not local) should focus on their current properties and not expanding next door.

  : Loved the location! Loved the price! It was clean and close to the village I was wanting to be near.
  : There wasnt staff (which I knew about going into it), we were to check in by Kiosk. The kiosk was down when we tried to check in. Luckily I had a friend in Avils who helped me. She tried several times to reach someone about checking in before she got a response. (They said someone would be available 24 hours.) She did finally get a response, but since we dont speak Spanish, it would have been difficult without her help. Other than that, I was fantastic!

  : Lovely and modern. Very close to a stunning park and the older city where many restaurants are. Had all necessary facilities.
  : Wasn't very clear that the tag should be used to open the bedrooms as they have keypads too. Perhaps it was obvious, but after a full day of traveling it was a little confusing.
