  : Receptionist on arrival was friendly and courteous. We had a problem with a continuous noise the first night from an unknown source(possibly generator) and the night duty guy was extremely helpful and as he couldnt find the source of the noise moved us to another room at 4am so we could get some sleep. Menu del dia was good and value for money.
  : The late notice from the hotel of roadworks in front of the hotel. We were informed that this had just started. This was not the case as the road to the hotel is one-way for through traffic and there is nowhere to off load luggage. You have to find a parking space in a side road and walk with luggage to the hotel through the roadworks. This has being going on for months. Not ideal. Also more information regarding getting into the centre should be available I.e. bus and the Metro. Metro is by far the easiest method of transport into the centre.

  : Bedroom was fine. Limited parking outside hotel.
  : Breakfast was merger, coffee machine empty after only 4 guests. No evening meal, Menu del Dias only served at lunch time.(Not hotels' fault but road works outside made reaching the hotel VERY difficult).
