  : The historical building and impressive reception area.
  : Following our arrival and the aforementioned reception area we looked forward to a nice bedroom. We booked superior which we thought was sufficient as we were travelling with two dogs. We were disappointed and immediately regretted not using our Amex to secure an upgrade. The bedroom was rather dark and bleak. Bathroom facilities were decent although there was no conditioner which I learned during my shower. There was no restaurant for dinner so options were tables in bar area or room service. We opted for the latter but they failed to deliver the soft drink I ordered with supper. At just under 200 Euros per night dressing gowns were not provided as you would expect from a Collecion hotel and were only available to those who spent more. The hotel wasnt awful but it was average and much less than we expected. Breakfast was plentiful but hot options were restricted (purely personal choice) and the quality of the food was decent. Staff were pleasant. We wouldnt choose to stay again.

  : Well what can I say!!! The room was absolutely spectacular. Facing the palacio, the views were amazing. The staff were really helpful. Would definitely highly recommend.

  : Loved the location close to the palace and all the gardens, so convenient. The staff could not be more helpful, especially Sergio on reception and Elena at breakast. Everything was spotless.Also the entrance to parking is easy and also there are two electric parking bays. Parking is 17.50 but the charging is free.
  : The hotel is not responsible for the following obviously, but we have to mention our disappointment is the large neglected building beside the hotel which is covered with graffiti and looks like it is partially occupied by squatters. It affects the tourist area across from the Palace and makes you think about safety at night time.
