  : The location was perfect just what we love, a small village with shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to go for walks to the castle and of course, we were able to go to Seville from our location.The convent was a lovely hotel..I wish the weather was warmer because the pool and grounds looked so inviting!Our room was spacious, clean and listening to the birds and nature in the early morning with the courtyard there was lovely. We took advantage of their fitness center every morning which was easily accessed all day and fairly well equipped.It was nice to have the restaurant on site..a lovely area with lots of windows overlooking the pool. The wait staff in evenings were very kind, and accommodating!Breakfasts were good, a nice selection to choose from, and amazing freshly squeezed orange juice that was delicious!
  : We felt like the hotel staff on arrival could have been a touch more friendly, and we would have liked a better explanation of how to use the parking garage. Were there assigned spaces? Where exactly was the elevator? To get to our rooms, do we cut through the bar area? Just a bit more friendly exchanges would have been helpful.

  : The building is very good
  : Could not get anything to eat until 8.30pm. I know in this part of Spain its the custom to eat later but I expected a 4 star hotel to have the availability of a snack at anytime.

  : Lovely reception from the staff, unusual hotel but very nice, with a central location, we stayed 2 nights, we should stay more next time. Nice big rooms, all individual and a super breakfast
  : Nothing, it was all perfect, unusual and very pleasant.

  : Breakfast was good, location excellent, peaceful and interesting place. Shame to have to pay for the spa but we did and it was enjoyable. Loved the caves in the town.
  : There was a courtyard light outside the room on for most of the night which I found disturbing.

  : Almost everything. Great location, unique hotel.
  : Unfortunately the air con in our room switched from cool to heat during 2 of the 4 nights we were there, meaning we woke up in the night sweating. This once resulting a trip to reception at 3am so that it could be reset.I asked to see the manager, and said I wasn't happy about paying for a potentially good hotel but spoilt by a fragile air con system.He wasn't there, but I was promised he would contact me.He never did, despite me messaging the hotel.I guess we won't be returning.
