  : The stunning views looking out across the beach and the chairs were super comfortable.
  : The building itself is pretty old. Because the apartment was not managed by the building staff they wouldn't help us at all, which made things very tricky with bikes. Had to take the front wheel off to get one in the elevator.

  : The location was most convenient to the waterfront and to nearby restaurants and the main grocery store. The unit was clean and modern and has been recently and tastefully updated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was better than average in terms of equipment, including items such as sharp knives and wine glasses. The balcony, of a comfortable size, has a nice angled view of the waterfront; however, because of the opaque glass and railing at a inconvenient height, the best views require a standing, not sitting, position. Our host, Francisco, was quick and responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We reserved his secure underground parking spot, about 400 metres away, and it was perfect. It would have been frustrating, and most often impossible, to find any free on-street parking nearby (and this was low season in March).
  : The building is not particularly new nor attractive, and could use refreshing. The walls between the units are disappointingly thin, but we were lucky that the neighbours conversations stopped before they became a problem. For better privacy, wed prefer a unit on a higher floor; this first-floor flat is too close to the sunning terrace (see photo).
