Apartamentos Venta Don Quijote

Disappointing

: The owners were lovely, the courtyard, parking, swimming pool and outdoor areas were all very well kept. Very helpful and kind people. Great locations. Beds were very comfortable.
: If you're a stickler for cleanliness, this unfortunately isn't the place for you. The floor was covered in dog hair, cigarette butt's in the sofas, dirt, dust, grime, spiders and insects, the water from the sinks was brown, the extractor fan dripped grease, it didn't smell particularly nice despite all the windows being open. We went out and bought cleaning products, and despite cleaning it several times, it never seemed to improve. The pots and pans were both burnt and filthy, and only one hob ring, so you could only cook one thing at a time.

: Francisco was a very friendly, helpful host!
: The rooms were very dated & a bit worn. We did not mind that so much but we did mind the loud people in the room next door (#5, I think). Their noise kept us (incl.kids of 9 & 3) up until well past midnight. We gave Francisco a hint but he did not intervene :(

: Great place and safe for the car, lovely town and charming host Fransisco.
: All fine at the price.

: Nice little apartment, although a bit dated and cluttered. Parking was right outside the apartment in a locked courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the catering facilities adequate.
: It was extremely difficult to find. The house number did not have anything to do with the street. We had to stop and ask directions twice. It's about a ten minute walk into town, which is well worth visiting. The picture on the site of the pool is misleading. It is in the private property of the owner and although I asked, I was told 'manyana'. We didn't swim!
