  : Hotel looked great, all the staff were lovely (unfortunately the manageress was not so much), The breakfast was nice and good selection, and the setting was beautiful. However, when we collected our keys and went to our room, we found the toilet full of poo, nail clippings on the floor, another persons underwear in the wardrobe, TV not working, no coffee pods for the coffee machine, and no water. I did ask at reception if we could have some coffee pods for the machine, the manageress was at the desk and said that we couldnt have any, I asked if I could buy some, and she said that we should go to the bar and get a coffee as its not much different in price, I said wed like to have a coffee in the morning in our room, and she said we need to make money My partner also asked at a different time if we could borrow a travel adapter and the manageress said no, however the other lady at the reception got up and handed one to my partner - really disappointing from the room and manageress.

  : One tiny water bottle, no water machine, no coffee or tea in the room, stank of chemical air freshener everywhere , cheap toilet paper, cheapskate management.

  : great size rooms and very comfortable beds. breakfast lovely and the grounds beautiful
  : somethings were a little dated the walk ways to the rooms and plugs could do with modernising to support USB devices. maybe some light music around the pool in the day.

  : Breakfast was good with lovely choices. The staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant terrace had a beautiful view of the mountains.
  : The evening meal was not as requested and not really any explanation for this and It was not very good, but not bad enough to be inedible. I only had one evening meal so maybe I was just unlucky. The pool was very cloudy. Lots of Noise from the other guest room above my room, this was caused by the guest dragging furniture across the floor repeatedly. So really this was not the fault of the hotel. There was exceptionally strong smelling air freshen throughout the hotel, including in the room.

  : It's a good place for hikers, golfers and village explorers with a car, since there are many trails, golf club and some very pretty villages nearby. Also, they have exceptional breakfast.
  : Hotel asked for card details including CVC code. Their argument was: "It's in case, if you trash the place". I find it as a violation of my security. Also staff is trained to ask you personal questions and show interest in your life and plans of your closest future, but you can feel that it's not a real interest and joy - unpleasant feeling of fakeness. Hotel is in a need of repair here and there. Carpets are worn down, some holes are open, where pictures used to hang in the room, some holes are closed but not painted over.

  : It is a beautiful hotels in a lovely situation. The Junior Suite was large and comfortable, everything was clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was plentiful and tasty, providing for a wide variety of tastes. Staff were all great.
  : Our bed setup was not ideal with 2 adults and 2 children sharing just 3 beds. Perhaps replacing the sofa with a sofa bed might have afforded more flexibility. Gardeners did insist on cutting the grass next to the restaurant at breakfast time with petrol mowers but this was a minor irritation.
