  : I had an issue on arrival but the Manager Susana dealt with it efficiently and swiftly. She did an excellent job of diffusing the situation and I thank her for her excellent service and my upgrade. The room I was in was quiet, very large, comfortable, had a tub with jets for a nice massage and pleasant views. I had a very good rest and was pleased with the overall service provided by the friendly and cheerful room cleaning staff.
  : The hotel is furnished but not decorated or with any substantial design concept. There is alot of space which is not utilized and this makes the ambience of the hotel 'cold' and unwelcoming upon entering. The rooms are in need of touchups as they are quite worn out and again need some warmth in the design. The male reception staff should smile more and try to be more hospitable towards guests. The location without a car is a bit challenging but as I booked the hotel last minute,I cannot say this is a big problem because if I had a car I would be happy that I had somewhere to park.

  : Its my opinion but when you are paying this much money, in the room must to be teeth brush, slippers and all this things. Also in the room entered someone by mistake)) not comfortable.

  : The location, it's far from shops, cafes etc. Additional cost on taxis. The electricity jumped on the first night and none of the sockets were working. We couldn't charge our phones. When called the reception we were told they can not change our room (which I can understand) but no one checked on us the next day. The cleaning stuff took back the iron without asking/ informing me. I especially arranged it for the following morning. Charged extras for the mini bar.
